To start, I’ll meet with you in your garden and talk through your needs and to share my ideas on how to resolve any issues and potential materials.
Communication is of utmost importance to us and during the build you’ll be fully involved and kept fully up to date with the progress at each stage. We want you to be able to look out the window and see it all coming together.
At different points in the project, depending on the works you’re having done, we’ll walk with you around your garden discussing your ideas, your needs, the possibilities, pacing it out, and helping you to visualise it.
My team work to an agreed schedule, are as tidy as possible, make every effort to complete to schedule and I personally ensure the work is absolutely top quality. We also agree a payment schedule with you, so that all payments are known in advance, what part of the work each payment relates to and when it’s due.
Once we’re done and you’re happy, you’ll have a wonderful new garden and we’ll leave you to enjoy your new surroundings.
